Strengths and limitations

an objective product assessment
Strengths
  • Broad network coverage. More than 330 blockchains and 10,000 assets, including modern layer-two networks and cross-chain bridges.
  • Two-tier scoring model. Known entities carry pre-assigned risk that is revised whenever their AML policies change; unknown wallets are scored dynamically from observed behaviour.
  • Attribution is verified by analysts, not by automated clustering alone, which reduces the share of incorrect links between an address and an entity.
  • Tracing through bridges and cross-chain swaps. Schemes involving consecutive hops between blockchains are reconstructed in full.
  • Reporting withstands audit. The evidence chain is presented in a form acceptable to a bank, an auditor and a court.
  • Configurable risk thresholds bring the assessment in line with the internal policy of the organisation.
Limitations
  • Mandatory user verification. The platform becomes available only after KYC or KYB has been completed.
  • Excessive depth for simple scenarios. A one-off check of a single address leaves a significant part of the analytical toolset unused.
  • Conservative risk model. A higher share of false positives increases the volume of manual review for grey-zone addresses.
  • Designed for continuous throughput. The platform assumes an ongoing operational process rather than occasional enquiries.

Use cases

when the solution fits

The solution is recommended if

  • The organisation holds a VASP or EMI licence in the EU or the United Kingdom
  • External audits are carried out and reporting to a regulator is required
  • Client operations involve DeFi, bridges and rare networks
  • A conclusion acceptable to a bank and a court is required

The solution is not optimal if

  • Checks are occasional rather than regular
  • A minimal workflow without risk-policy configuration is preferred
  • No compliance specialist is available in-house
