- How much does a check cost?
- An address check costs from $0.30 on the Optimum package to about $1 on Start (100 units ≈ one check). You pay per check in crypto, with no subscription, and your first check is free after you sign up and confirm your email. The exact price depends on the provider and is shown before you confirm.
- Do you offer free checks?
- Yes, one. Sign up and confirm your email to get 100 units on your balance - enough for one address or transaction check. In our Telegram bot the first check is also free and doesn't require creating an account. Further unit packages are bought in the dashboard.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Unit balances are topped up in crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20) and USDC (ERC-20). Units become available as soon as the payment is credited.
- Can I get a refund?
- Payments for unit packages are non-refundable: purchased units stay on your balance and can be spent on any check. If a check fails because of an error on our side, the units charged for it are returned to your balance automatically. A risk score you disagree with is not an error - the score comes from the provider as it is.
- Do units expire?
- Units do not expire while your account is active. If your account has no activity for 12 months, the remaining units are written off.
